We use this member to track artist-to-client business works.
For safety reasons
We use this information to punish rule breakers using inappropriate names or pictures.
To have your account data removed from Discord.com, and in turn within our server, you must contact Discord.com to have your data deleted which also means deleting your Discord account.
No personal detail is tracked and anything saved (Like Discord Account and Email) is only saved for audit reasons.
Who has access?
Only the Prize payer – Mashiron has access to the information.
What information is stored?
The only information stored is by PayPal in the PayPal transaction history. Things such as email, name, and sometimes an address are shared between the two parties.
Delete your personal data?
Your personal data is not stored anywhere besides locally on Mashiron’s drive. This is only just your Email and Discord User account.
We also have no way to delete PayPal transactions as it’s their platform used to calculate taxes and other legal reasons.
